The Trademark Licensing office requires all products featuring university trademarks or a specific department logo be sourced exclusively from licensed vendors.
To maintain consistency in the utilization of UC Davis trademarks, all product designs must receive approval from the UC Davis Trademark Licensing office before initiating the production phase. In most cases, vendors can submit the design for approval on behalf of the respective organization or department. Nevertheless, if any inquiries or concerns arise pertaining to the design, the organization may contact the office directly for clarification and guidance.

A campus department must complete the request form and submit with final design(s) to UC Davis Trademark Licensing prior to any production of final products. Trademark approval must be completed for every order including exact reprints. Failure to do so may result in non-payment, rejection of goods, and/or the requester will be held liable for the purchase.
